Cladding & siding systems
We supply and install high-performance exterior cladding systems designed for the Vancouver / Lower Mainland climate. All of our siding installations follow best practices for rainscreen assemblies, moisture management, and long-term durability.
Every system is installed as a rainscreen
Because of the coastal climate, all cladding we install includes a rainscreen assembly that allows drainage and ventilation behind the exterior finish. This significantly reduces the risk of moisture damage and extends the service life of the building envelope.
Exterior finish — sheds bulk water
WRB membrane — secondary drainage plane
Structural substrate — must stay dry

Frequently asked questions
Do all cladding systems need a rainscreen in Vancouver?
BC Building Code and coastal climate conditions require moisture-managed assemblies. We install all cladding with a ventilated rainscreen cavity to allow drainage and drying behind the exterior finish.
How long does a cladding replacement take?
Timeline depends on building size, access, and scope. A typical single-family reclad takes 4–8 weeks; multi-family projects are staged over several months. We provide a written schedule before work starts.
Can you match existing siding on a partial repair?
We assess whether matching is feasible or whether a transition detail is required. Where exact matching is not possible, we recommend a deliberate break line rather than a visible patch.
Do you work with building envelope consultants?
Yes. We regularly execute scopes prepared by envelope consultants and engineers, and we can recommend consultants if you need an independent assessment first.
